Benefit enrollment doesn’t have to be complex.
Continental Benefits offers multiple options for enrolling members in our benefits platform. If your HR or Payroll system can provide an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) file, or your current carrier can provide this type of file, it is generally the most simple way to enroll employees for benefits. However, if this is not an option, Continental Benefits provides two levels of online enrollment solutions for employers:
1. Basic Enrollment Portal: This no cost portal is a direct input portal into our claims administration software. Known as our MESA enrollment portal, our direct-enrollment platform can provide access for both employer and employee to manage their health plan enrollment. Core benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision benefits can be elected through this portal. Employers are provided with an administrative approval process requiring the review of each enrollment or adjustment before an employee based change can be submitted for processing.
2. Enhanced Enrollment Portal: Through a partnership with a leading enrollment provider, Continental Benefits provides wholesale pricing access to a full benefits administration system. From core benefits, to all levels of ancillary and voluntary plans, our enhanced benefits administration platform can handle all your benefit enrollment needs. Decision support tools walk employees through enrollment choices and premium calculators provide insight into cost per pay period for elections. Confirmation statements ensure your employees know what they enrolled in and have opportunity to change.
Both portals can operate year round and are supported by a concierge level customer service team, both willing and ready to help employees make their elections.
Our platform allows for the capture, billing and remittance of multiple lines of coverage for a minimal fee. Simplicity being the goal, we can consolidate all lines of coverage from an employer’s offering into one easy to read and pay bill. On our end, payments are divided and remitted to the employer’s carrier partners.
Simplify and Expect More.
