With over 20 years’ experience in the area of healthcare and finance, Lisa brings a unique insight and expertise leveraging her proficiencies in health care operations and 6 Sigma. Lisa has held positions where she was responsible for optimizing business processes and creating a journey of excellence on a foundation of customer experience.
Lisa joined Continental Benefits in January of 2020 as the Vice President of Customer Experience and Account Management.
In this new role, Lisa is focused on a best-in-class experience for customers, members, and consultants. She will lead Continental through a multi-functional strategy with a focus of driving a consistently great experience for Continental customers, members, and consultants.
Before joining Continental Benefits, Lisa held various positions in the population health, wellness, Medicare advantage, and BPO space within the healthcare industry.
